Pursuant to Article 17 (1) of Regulation No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the Regulation), we disclose as an inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of the Regulation the formation of a joint-stock company between the Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD and Central Depository AD under the name Clear EX.
