The regular General Meeting of Shareholders of Bulgarian Stock Exchange dated 26 June 2025 has passed the following resolution: The realized profit for 2024, after taxation, amounts to BGN 6,630,132.83 (six million six hundred and thirty thousand one hundred and thirty-two BGN and 83 st.), which shall be distributed as follows: - an amount of BGN 658,286 (six hundred and fifty-eight thousand two hundred and eighty-six) shall be allocated to supplement the Reserve Fund; - the remaining amount of BGN 5,971,846.83 (five million nine hundred and seventy-one thousand eight hundred and forty-six BGN and 83 st.), is distributed for the payment of a dividend, BGN 0.45 per share. In accordance with the Rules of Central Depository AD, the dividend will be paid as follows: - for shareholders who have opened client accounts with investment intermediaries – through the respective investment intermediary; - for shareholders without accounts with investment intermediaries – through the branches of UniCredit Bulbank AD in the country. The payment of the dividend shall be made within 60 days from the date of the General Meeting, at which the decision for payment of the dividend was made. The right to a dividend will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register on the 14th day following the GMS date, i.e. by 10 July 2025 (Record Date). The final date for transacting shares of the company on the Exchange, so the holder shall be entitled to receive a dividend, will be 08 July 2025 (Ex-Dividend Date: 09 July 2025)
