Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD has published an invitation to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held on October 12, 2021 at 10:00 local time (7:00 UTC), in Sofia, Bulgaria Square. №1 in the Administrative building of the National Palace of Culture, hall №13 with an agenda and proposals for decisions as follows: 1. Adoption of a 6-month financial report of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD for the first half of 2021. 2. Adoption of a decision under Art. 44, para. 5 of the Articles of Association of the Company for distribution of profit and payment of a 6-month dividend.
