The Management Board of Korado-Bulgaria AD (the “Company”) has made a proposal to the Supervisory Board of the Company (the “SB”) for the distribution of the profit of the Company for the first half of year 2020, a portion of which is to be used for the payment of 6-month dividend to the shareholders of the Company. The proposed gross amount of the dividend is BGN 0.10 (ten stotinki) per share, at the total gross amount of BGN 1,316,861.40.
